Fees and costs
Our fee for diminished value and loss-of-use claims is contingent on recovery: 33⅓% of the gross recovery if the claim is resolved before a lawsuit is filed and 40% if suit is filed. If there is no recovery, you owe no attorney's fee. You may be responsible for case expenses, such as appraisal fees, court costs and expert fees, as set out in your written contingency fee agreement, which Texas requires and which we review with you before signing.
